Since 2005, I have helped countless people with relocation in New York City.
Some have been renters, some buyers and some sellers.
The one thing I have noticed is that ALL didn't want to waste TIME!
Many realized the value in having a professional help them with housing needs.
So in the interest of saving everyone some time, I crafted an eBook about selling your home.

This market is the most in demand, with the lowest inventory it's ever seen recently.
As such, I find it peculiar that some would try to sell on their own.
It might seem smart on the surface, but it makes as little sense as asking an auto mechanic, to perform open heart surgery on a human being.
There are some who regardless of the data showing that 11% higher prices are obtained with using a professional realtor than by For Sale By Owner (FSBO), will still want to try to do it themselves as they simply can't see the forest for the trees. That's fine, as Bobby Brown said, Do What You Wanna Do!
